Goals

Hello! Anyone out there interested in sharing their personal goals?? If so, please do!
Week One is easy to come up with goals...so let's jot them down and come back to them later in the month when we're not feeling so motivated!

  1. My schedule is crazy!! Some days it's easier to work out then others, so I'm trying for an average of 20 minutes per day - knowing that some days I won't have time to work out at all, and other days I'll have to work out for 40 minutes or more to make up for my "days off".
    I've also found that on the days that I work out, I'm much more aware of what I'm eating and drinking - as not to ruin the hard work I've done. I'll go for a glass of water instead of Pepsi (my absolute FAVORITE!!!) so that I am not back tracking my healthy progress.

  2. I just want to make sure I am actually DOING something every day to qualify! My goal is 20 minutes a day...My daughter and I are doing this together. We tracked our beginning weight just for fun because I want to see if we actually lose any weight at the end of the 4 months. A very interesting challenge.
